Our Approach to Ingredients - What you put in your body matters. What you put on it matters. And how it makes you feel matters, too. Our collection is thoughtfully curated with an emphasis on botanical and naturally derived ingredients (organic when possible), and our products are created without artificial or synthetic fragrances. More products will be added to the collection.
Order Processing - Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after your purchase is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes up to 5 business days. Please keep in mind that processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Returns & Refunds - Because our products are personal-care items, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product before ordering, we're happy to help you choose the option that is right for you.
Damaged Products - If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your package. We will work with you to arrange a replacement of the damaged product. Please retain the original packaging and product until we have been able to review the issue.
